Ilknur Melis Durası, Ph.D.

Dr. İlknur Melis Durası is a scientist, entrepreneur, and academic specializing in bioinformatics, multi-omics technologies, and systems biology.


Her research focuses on integrating molecular biology, genetics, and nutrition sciences to shape the future of personalized health solutions.

Combining insights from gut microbiome research, gene expression studies, and systems biology, Melis Durası leverages AI-driven analytics to create accessible and effective health technologies.

Driven by this vision, she founded MD NutriAcademy, a deep-tech company that integrates multi-omics data (microbiome, genomics, epigenetics) and AI-powered bioinformatics to deliver personalized nutrition and health recommendations.


MD NutriAcademy primarily focuses on women’s health, athletic performance optimization, and healthy aging.

She defines her personal mission as "human-centered innovation inspired by science."
